Blerter is building collaboration software for physical teams that helps to create a safer, more flexible environment as people get back in business. In a time of rapid change, our platform can be deployed to everything from events to security firms, communities and universities in minutes, not months.

The right person

You will have experience managing or have a keen interest with different types of events and physical environments, with an interest and passion for technology – a change agent with an appetite to learn and sell.

  • Be looking for the next step in your sales career, or wanting to get your weekends back while progressing within an industry you know and love. You’ll be using your skills and expertise along with our software to help the events you have dreamed of being a part of.
  • Be business savvy, a quick learner, confident and willing to take on a challenge, with a friendly nature, the ability to take buyers on a journey and be able to leverage your industry knowledge to give credibility in conversations with event managers/directors and more senior level stakeholders in a variety of other industries.
  • Won’t be afraid to pick up the phone to have a chat, but at the same time will be process focused with a strong desire to help Blerter continuously improve.

A little bit about the role

  • Your key objective will be to build a qualified pipeline of opportunities in North America (so you’ll need to be a morning person!)
  • Potential buyers will primarily be coming from partnership databases and joint marketing initiatives, outbound prospecting and thought leadership marketing campaigns.
  • Selling the vision of a new world with Blerter with empathy for the buyer’s unique needs will be essential so experience in sales and software would be beneficial, but deep knowledge of the industry and willingness to learn these skills are the key attributes we're looking for.
