Linux System Admin

• Certified RedHat Linux administration, advanced administration, experience on Linux on X64 environments.
• Excellent working knowledge on the Filesystem and Logical volume management
• Excellent working knowledge on the SAMBA configuration and managing File servers
• Strong knowledge on RHEL and Cluster, Volumes, File server
• Strong Troubleshooting skills on RHEL
• Good experience on yum configurations and RHN network troubleshooting.
• Involved in preparing the scripts and cronjobs for regular task automation.
• Experience in user administration / management
• Knowledge and hands on experience on NAS and Samba Configuration.
• Hands on experience on Version control systems.
• Hands on experience on kickstart and pxe-boot installations.
• Disk Administration with LVM Suite.
• Expertise on file system management (Linux LVM, CFS, NFS, Samba)
• Configuration of TCP/LAN Environment with NIS, NIS, NFS, DNS & DHCP
• Good remote infrastructure troubleshooting skills.
• Client interaction as per project needs
• Excellent Customer handling skills
• Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English.
• Good knowledge on Cloud AWS, AD and QAS.
