The Role

Overview

Our development team is responsible to lead HeroLeads to a full technology and data driven company. Our developers work closely with our BI, analytics and business teams to define and implement the next level features for our core products.

Responsibilities

Build high quality and scalable web applications using modern tools and frameworks
Extend and improve our main core products
Support the lead developer and team members in designing and implementing improvements for our core products
Strong emphasis on data management and quality
Improve the performance of our services through monitoring, tuning, best practices and root cause analysis

Qualifications

Proven experiences with PHP (Laravel or Symfony experiences a big plus) and NodeJS
Strong databases knowledge (mysql, postgreSQL, ElasticSearch, MongoDB)
Architecture and design mean something else than the building next door
Data driven mindset
APIs design and implementations proven experiences
TDD and DDD a huge plus
Good communication skills, strong team spirit with a positive, can-do attitude
Must know git
