Key responsibilities
Strategize with Account Executive on which accounts to target within your territory
- Prospect, qualify & nurture Enterprise sales leads
- Develop personalized mail, LinkedIn & phone outreaches
- Evangelize & educate your network on Talent Management
- Participate & contribute to regular trainings & webinars
- Works towards a quarterly target
Skills we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree
- A first B2B experience (preferably SaaS) is a strong plus!
- Strong written and verbal skills
- You love working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Exceptional time management skills
- Salesforce CRM knowledge is a plus
- True teamplayer attitude
