Hitch, founded in 2018, is working to build an incredibly dynamic city-to-city travel network. We are connecting the empty seats of vehicles going from one city to another anyway with passengers who are headed to a similar destination. No longer do people have to plan their intercity trips days or even hours in advance - just 30 minutes. We think the age in which people could hitchhike safely was a beautiful one. It brought people together and gave others new perspectives. With technology, we think we can bring it back in a safe and controlled fashion. We're currently operating between Austin and Houston and are looking to scale to new markets very soon.
We care deeply about the drivers that choose to service rides on our platform. Our Supply-Side Operations team is always looking for new ways to improve our ride fulfillment rate and get more cars on the road. In addition, the team is looking for new ways to incentivize drivers and make servicing on our platform seamless.
All in all, we're looking for highly adaptive people, who have the ability to be cozy in the chaos. If you like optimization problems, logistics, and small teams, we want to hear from you.
We Value Growth Manager Who Have:
- A vision for what the future of transport should look like
- Started or been part of early-mid stage companies
- Experience in working with messaging tools such as Intercom or Drift.
- Great selling skills. (You'll be speaking and recruiting a lot of drivers)
- A passion for data, numbers, and math.
- An ability to recruit additional members onto the team.
