Responsibilities
- Develop business goals, strategies and tactics to deliver the business operating plan
- Develop and manage budgets for marketing, operations, and technology
- Identify key opportunities to lower costs and increase profitability
- Recruit, manage and develop personnel to support business growth
- Work closely with marketing, design and technical team to understand consumer insights and trends to shape new product positioning and launch plans
