Our Headquarters are in Los Angeles, California, and our team is distributed across the globe with engineering offices in Delhi and Russia.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our incredible team. The Product Manager role at Vyng in India will use data, creativity, and experimentation to constantly improve retention and growth for the Vyng Video Caller ID product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for understanding, defining, and executing new product initiatives for the Vyng Video Caller ID dialer
• Perform and review user research studies, deep competitive analysis, analytics analysis, user feedback and other signals to capture insights and present findings to the team.
• Lead ideation sprints to help percolate best ideas to tackle problems captured from analysis.
• Working with the Head of Product to define the product roadmap and manage the product release lifecycle from research, to ideation, to design, to development, to launch, and to post-launch analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineers, Designers, QA, Support, Business and Management to improve product in accordance to business needs and engineering capabilities.
• Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product design or product management, with experience managing a team and developing mobile products and technologies.
• End-to-end product management experience with software/mobile technologies (e.g. Android).
• Excellent written and verbal communicator, as in many ways this role will connect disparate teams working on various parts of the product.
• Have empathy towards users and colleagues, are creative and excited by ideating/ building
• Seek high ownership, independent environments and feedback oriented cultures

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of consumer social app retention and growth dynamics.
• Specific experience working with communication or video apps
• Knowledge of multiple functional areas, such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Design, Video Creation, Customer Support, or Marketing.
• Understanding of user experience (UX), engagement and growth loops.
• Understanding of go-to-market strategies and distribution tactics.
