The Opportunity:
Tradeswell is looking for a Product lead to manage day-to-day product execution and to support Tradeswell’s product strategy. Tradeswell has developed an enterprise ecommerce operating software that helps brand teams holistically manage their ecommerce business. It is designed as an insights, analytics, and automation platform enabling cross-functional teams to measure and optimize their business by unifying meaningful data across sales, finance, operations, and marketing. The Senior Product Manager will be tasked with refining our current products and leading new feature production and integrations.

What we’re looking for:
The Senior Product Manager will have the opportunity to oversee and drive execution of Tradeswell’s new and existing products by delivering thoughtful innovation and experienced technical performance. This person will provide both short- and long-term solutions for internal and external stakeholders that will advance Tradeswell’s vision to empower growth for both DTC and CPG brand customers.

What you’ll own:
Ownership is a combination of trust, responsibility, and personal accountability. Building an extensible platform enabling various integrations across multi-channel retailers and marketing tools is accomplished via the following:

Solve for business needs through technical application
Serve as the primary mediator between Customer Success and Engineering
Collaborate with leadership on product innovation for and Tradeswell Intelligence
Collaborate with engineering teams to refine product delivery
Work closely with technology and commercial stakeholders
Intimate understanding of customer needs
Develop protocols around product releases
Work with 3rd party providers on integrations to enhance Tradeswell’s capabilities

The Skills Needed:
5-10 years experience
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
Proficiencies in the following:
SQL
Microsoft Office
Data Modeling
Machine Learning fundamentals
SaaS Experience (preferred)
DTC or CPG Experience (a plus)
Python, Java (a plus)
Data Science (a plus)
Data Privacy (a plus)
