Senior Product Designer

Townhall (www.townhall.co) is a B2B SaaS hybrid-native events technology company serving the global market. We are on a mission to build Townhall into a Unicorn company in the next few years. We have a highly differentiated product in the market and are looking for smart product managers to take our vision forward. We have deep events domain expertise by way of serving more than 50,000 events in the last 5 years under the brand Townscript.

As Senior Product Designer, you will be part of a team solving unique problems, we are working on a product that has a unique problem statement and has the potential to become a unicorn.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will get the opportunity to own end-to-end experiences. You’ll collaborate with Research, Product, Business, Data, and Engineering teams to create delightful and impactful experiences for users. In this role, you’ll break down complex tasks by understanding customer and business needs and translate them into easy-to-use, intuitive and delightful designs.

What you will do -
Build new experiences via mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artifacts and validate them with the users
Conduct quick rounds of usability testing
Document insights and interaction models based on user feedback
Create and maintain design systems for products
Document insights and interaction models based on user feedback
Key responsibilities would involve scope, planning, and leading design activities from initial requirements to concept creation, interaction design, and development
Present your designs and communicate key decisions to stakeholders for review and incorporate feedback
Collaborate with the research, product, business, and engineering team to build scalable and impactful solutions.
Advocate for the user while understanding business requirements.
Effectively use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions and measure success.

What you will need -
5+ years of design experience in a product company
Experience with startups and fast-paced environments is an added advantage
A strong portfolio demonstrating strong interaction and visual design skills
Eye for details and a drive to learn from a fast-paced environment
Experience in consolidating stakeholder and Research feedback and/or insights into your work
Proven portfolio of impressive visual and user experience design in B2B SaaS and/or B2C platforms
Someone with a ‘here to help’ attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we’re better together.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
Ability and willingness to quickly produce concepts and test ideas.
Help juniors scale up and build a great design culture within a team.
Must have experience in designing customer-facing or consumer-oriented websites or mobile apps
Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and other design and prototyping tools.
