We are looking for a Director of Marketing to help us scale and perfect our B2B inbound lead generation strategy. Reporting direct to our founders, you'll be given a very healthy marketing budget to build a team, expand our tools and shape the future of our marketing department.
Responsibilities:
-Build a 12- and 24-month strategic plan to meet our inbound demo and signup goals
-Develop reporting dashboard to track process and conversions
-Manage online advertising (Google Ads) strategy and spend
-Work with our design and front-end engineering teams to develop targeted consumer-facing landing pages
-Work with our marketing content writers to develop keyword clusters and content strategy
-Manage the direction and expansion of our marketing website, taprecruit.co
-Oversee all consumer-facing content and emails launches (Ideation, writing, design, build and QA))
-Develop nurture and conversion campaigns
-Oversee our yearly marketing budget and report monthly on costs and metrics
-Plan team growth and hire new marketing team members when needed
-Write brand content for landing pages and smaller marketing projects
Requirements:
-4+ years developing inbound marketing strategy for Mid-market or enterprise SaaS business
-Previous leadership and team building experience with about 4 direct reports
-Experience with email automation tools, WordPress and AdTech platforms
-Previous experience in the recruiting/HR Tech industry not necessary
