STONE AND STRAND is seeking an energetic, data driven, highly quantitative Growth Marketing Manager to support the paid marketing team in executing systematic testing and data analysis to drive growth and optimize all paid marketing efforts. The position, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing and Branding, will work in tandem with our marketing agency to launch new ads across different platforms and channels and analyze performance data to find insights and learnings to make recommendations on how to improve performance and ensure every dollar we spend is worthwhile. The ideal candidate is excited and curious to dive into data to figure out how we can optimize and improve.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support all growth marketing channels from strategy and ad concepts and design to reporting and analysis, working in tandem with our ad agency
- Coordinate the development of all paid asset materials
- Assist paid ad agency with creative coordination and organization
- Analyze performance data, find insights and apply learnings to make recommendations and adjust paid ad strategy
- Support the marketing team to drive growth by constant experimentation, hypothesis-based A/B testing across different channels and platforms by using customer data and key industry trends
- Coordinate customer surveys and interviews to gain insights in turn making recommendations and adjustments to strategy across the marketing and company wide team
Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-2 years minimum professional experience in a growth marketing related field
- Analytical and ROI driven thinker and inventive problem solver
- Outstanding data analysis skills
- Experience working in acquisition performance-oriented channels like Facebook, Google, Youtube and Pinterest is a plus
- Proficient in Excel and Google Analytics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competitive and curious
- Energetic and highly motivated
- Creative, out of the box thinker
- Must be based in NYC
