We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, execute, track, and optimize [solidcore]’s our digital marketing campaigns across all channels.[solidcore] is looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of previous marketing experience. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and working directly with the Chief Revenue Officer, this role is ideal for someone who has previously worked in all facets of SEM and SEO and is excited to bring their experience to [solidcore]. You will be responsible for end to end execution of SEM & SEO campaigns.
Digital Marketing Manager key responsibilities include: Executing, optimizing and planning all SEM campaigns - Facebook, Instagram, Google - Search & Display & YouTube, etc. Executing, optimizing and planning all SEO campaigns and strategies - Keyword research, directory listings, content strategy and creation, subdomain strategy and creation, etc. Measuring and reporting on the performance of all SEM and SEO efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute all SEO & SEM campaigns across all studios
- Measure and report performance, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end client experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies; provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
REQUIREMENTS
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing and organic search
- Extreme proficiency setting up and optimizing advertising platforms - Google Ads - search, display, YouTube, Facebook Business/Ads Manager
- Extreme proficiency with analytics tools - Google Analytics and Facebook Insights, etc.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as - MOZ, SEMRush, Uber Suggest, Google Search Console, SEO Profiler.
- Demonstrable experience leading and running SEO/SEM campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, motivate and convert
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
