The Role

SimplePart’s design team works with clients and stakeholders to create beautiful designs, intuitive interfaces, and engaging marketing material for our dealer clients (B2B), end consumers (B2C), and the SimplePart brand itself.

In this role, you will be working closely with other designers, the development team, and client services team to design elegant, CI-compliant consumer-facing parts websites for our 1700+ dealer clients, national and international OEM programs, help visually design dealer-facing tools and integrations, as well contribute to the evolution of our brand image as we continually enhance SimplePart.com.

To be the perfect fit, you’ll need to have a clean eye for design and user interfaces, exceptional attention to detail, as well as be eager to learn about our platform, place in the industry, and how the work we’re doing helps evolve it. QUALIFICATIONS:

1-2 years of digital, web, UI, or similar design experience.
Knowledge of Sketch/InVision or similar prototyping tools.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop and Illustrator) or similar design tools.
A portfolio of real-world design projects demonstrating a thorough thought process and a good eye for design.
QUALITIES OF AN IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Curious, open-minded, always willing to learn.
Works well within and between teams, on multiple projects at a time.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Creative, with a good eye for visual layout, UI best practices, and exceptional attention to detail.
Experienced in working with CI guidelines and/or asset databases is ideal, but not required.
A basic understanding of HTML and CSS, with the drive to learn more is preferred, but not required.
Experience with Webflow or similar web design tools is a plus, but not required.
An appreciation for cars, motorcycles, and automotive culture is not a must, but will help you feel at home.
