The Role

Key Deliverables (Top 5):
· Take up and deliver on offline sales targets for assigned routes
· Be the representative of Shuttl to various stakeholders in assigned cities
· Setup offline ground sales team consisting of BTL agents, travel agents, hotels, autorickshaw drivers etc.. Continuously drive offline sales by pushing the offline sales network
· Drive branding campaigns by installing branding collateral at different partners
· Conduct awareness campaigns which may include e.g. flyer distribution, newspaper inserts
· Collect feedback from customers on ground and ensure smooth transmission of information to office to ensure fast action

Required Experience:

2-3 years’ Experience in a Sales role or growth role

Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced environment
•Ownership Driven and Strong People Management
•Willingness to be on-field at all times to manage sales executives
