Directly engage in solution-based, B2B business development discussions and full-cycle sales presentations with SMB-to-Enterprise influencers and decision makers.

This is a key individual contributor role on a small, high-performing team driving direct inside sales and business development programs across a diverse portfolio of innovative solutions and disruptive technologies. You’ll be representing at least 3 different companies at all times, challenging your capacity to concurrently assimilate multiple sets of information across varying markets while developing a dynamic pipeline of prospects and opportunities.

You'll own the entire business development and sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying need and solution fit, investigating, addressing and capturing structured data about engagement drivers, objections and/or obstacles to a sale, and developing and closing new revenue wins for a diverse portfolio of startups, scaleups and mature stage businesses.

We seek highly intuitive, influential, resourceful, and articulate communicators with superior situational awareness and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will have some B2B direct sales experience but still be early on in their career, be fanatically accurate with and attentive to details, familiar with modern browser-based apps and tools (sales CRM's such as HubSpot and Salesforce highly desirable), and conversant in modern business and tech terminology. Above all, candidates must be driven to learn and have the discipline, commitment, integrity and attitude to perform consistently well both as an individual contributor and an active, collaborative and productive member of a small, close-knit team.

All new Sellerant Associates must complete a 90-day, highly interactive training program executed with hands-on, experiential and demonstrative methods aided by documented operating procedures and resources. Post-training skills development is an ongoing priority where capsules of advanced strategic sales methods and tactics are learned, applied, evolved, polished, and ultimately mastered.

This role requires a minimum of 60 targeted, personalized sales activities per day; top producers should strive for 90 or more value-driven touch points. Compensation includes an attractive base salary plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses for both individual and team results, immediate eligibility for top-tier health insurance and life event plans with generous company-paid premium contributions, a company-matching 401(k) plan, cell phone allowance, liberal PTO, and a 4-week paid sabbatical every 3 years of continuous employment.
