About RevEng.AI

RevEng.AI is an artificial intelligence and cyber security company building AI for binary analysis. Our mission is is to build AI that fundamentally understands computer software at the binary level.

We do this by combing of static and dynamic program analysis with state of the art AI models. We use ML to assist our customers in binary reverse engineering, vulnerability detection, exploit generation, software supply chain security, and malware detection.

Job Description

We are looking to hire a security researcher to develop novel program analysis techniques and incorporate them into our product pipeline. You may be tasked with implementing techniques for program analaysis, developing security testing tools, or researching IRs for code optimisation.

Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of C/C++, compilers, and prior experience/research in program analysis.
  • A good understanding of AFL, KLEE, Honggfuzz, or other fuzzing frameworks.
  • A track record in software security. Prior experience finding vulnerabilities or developing exploits.
  • You have an independent and strong work ethic, often understanding and solving new problems you are faced with, with little instruction or guidance.

Useful

  • Experience developing IDA Pro and Ghidra plugins.
  • Experience with YARA and CAPA.
  • A masters or PhD in a relevant area.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
