OPS Manager Mx- Aguascalientes

We are looking for an Operations Manager to consolidate the pillars of the Rappioperation:
Supply (quantity and quality of bike/moto delivers);
Support to moto/bike delivers to optimize the operation;
Solve complex problems from scratch to ensure a great UX.
3 or more years in a similar role: Consulting, Operations, Logistics / Distribution, Entrepreneurship, or project Management;

2 or more years as leader of a multifunctional team
Data driven, fast-paced and results-oriented mindset;
Experience leading diverse & collaboratively teams;
Ability to handle high stress situations;
Ability to work under an unstructured and dynamic environment;
Entrepreneur - creative and executing mentality;
Enjoy being constantly challenged to learn and achieve more;
Exceptional problem-solving skills;
Capable of motivating, inspiring teammates
Experience in digital startups (ideal)
