The Role

Love watching shows, streams or live sports games? At Publica, we are building the best platform for Connected TV monetization. This includes all the apps accessible from a Smart TV or via an AppleTV, Chromecast, Roku, and other devices. We're in a fast-growing market and are well-positioned to become the leaders in our industry.

We're looking for engineers that are ready to dive in and make a difference immediately. All Publica engineers work across the stack to tackle a variety of technical challenges, whether it's stabilizing and expanding our infrastructure, increasing our performance on our ad servers which handle millions of ad requests per hour, or crunching and displaying the data for billions of logged events. At Publica, engineers are empowered to make real contributions and encouraged to grow by strategizing and designing features.

  • Willingness to ask for help and receive constructive feedback
  • Positive attitude towards taking responsibility, even as a new member of the team, and making immediate contributions to our product
