Director of Australia / New Zealand Operations

thanks to the variety of trading features and technical analysis tools, amazing 24/7 support, and secure infrastructure.

We are at global expansion stage as we stepping into new markets and we are looking for experienced Director to join our active, passionate, high caliber team.

What you will do:
• Build team across multiple verticals (marketing, business development, sales, PR, customer services) and prepare the company for hyper growth in your region
• Do what it takes to make PrimeXBT brand recognizable, trusted and respected in the region
• Create and execute end-to-end business development roadmap by leading a cross-functional team
• Manage and own critical relationships with top media outlets, significant partners/affiliates, technology partners and clients
• P&L and budget management with weekly reporting to the Board

What we expect:
5+ years experience in a growth technology firm and have led a regional or global team
Outstanding organizational and communication skills;
5+ years experience in the online trading business (forex, cfds)
Passion for technology and cryptocurrency
Great sales skills including the ability to create and build relationships;
Sharp analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools (preferred);
High attentiveness to details combined with proactiveness;
Will to work independently as well as in a collaborative yet demanding team environment;
Ability to handle multiple projects, tasks, and people in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in two languages or more
