The primary role of the B2C Growth Hacker is to understand path to customer and integrate winning search engine marketing and organic growth strategies into the product. The position will be in charge of strategy AND execution of campaigns as well as proper reporting, definition and measurement of KPIs.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Sift existing data to understand the user behaviour that leads to a sale.
- Work closely with product development team to provide feedback into features and design,
- User research to understand strong points in our product and how to properly sell them,
- You will track sales team metrics and report KPIs to the co-founders and other teams on a regular basis.

Experience and skills:
- We care about relevant experience in the field. You should be able to properly design, target and implement a campaign from scratch. Your communication skills should be excellent and you should be well versed in digital culture.
