Test Lead

The Lead Test Engineer will guide a team of test engineers and will be working with the Design Engineers for development of Test Specification, Test bench and then complete black box testing of Power Electronics and Embedded Hardware Design. He will design the test specs, develop test cases and setup test stations, and conduct the testing and document test outcomes. He will also support the design team in root causing problems from testing. He should have good understanding of Power Electronics designs, Analog and digital Electronics. Should be capable of setting up automation test benches. Should have experience in Reliability, Environmental and EMI/EMC testing. Should be well versed in usage of Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, NI type measurement systems, Relays. Experience in testing of low voltage and High Voltage, Low and HIgh Power Circuits. Should be able to work independently and setup lab for testing. Thorough knowledge of I2C, CAN, SPI, UART
