Visual Communication Designer

● Be responsible for creating a wide range of internal and external communications across a range of
media, including print, presentations, digital communications, and physical environments.
● Lead strategic communication design projects from conception to execution.
● Show expert capability in visual and written communication design and the use of human-centered
design methods.
● Collaborate with project teams in research, idealisation and development of original, scalable concepts
and experiences.
● An understanding of how communications connect to and are shaped by service design, UX design,
technology, brand, and marketing strategies.
● You can articulate the value of design through verbal and visual presentation.
● You have the ability to learn new tools and do self-guided work within a fast-paced environment.
● Ensure that all work meets a high level of creativity, innovation and brand association.
● Able to work in varying degrees of fidelity, from sketching through production (speed vs quality).
● Keep up with the latest and best practices and industry techniques to share ideas and knowledge
with project teams / stakeholders.
