Customer Support Executive

We at Labour Law advisor are looking for a Customer Support Executive.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Familiarise yourself with the products and courses offered by LLA.
2. Procuring new clients through cold calling and working in association with the team.
3. Maintaining meaningful relationships with clients to ensure client retention.
4. Suggest the requirements of the clients to the respective team so as to ensure the greatest satisfaction of the clients.
5. Keep upgrading skills so as to enhance sales.
6. Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

Skills:

1. Extensive knowledge of selling strategies.
2. 1+ years of experience in sales.
3. Ability to generate revenue.
4. Great networking skills.
5. Excellent communication skills.

Location: Jaipur

CTC: 1.2 LPA + incentives
