We are a global growth fund that uses a systematic, value-driven approach to buying/financing private technology companies that can’t meet the investment mandates of venture capital or are generally overlooked in the market.

We invest in both credit and equity opportunities in North America, Western Europe, and Israel, with a typical check size between $25-150M. We can take both minority and majority positions in investments and consider both private and public company transactions. The team focuses on core technology sectors such as semiconductors, artificial intelligence/cyber security, telecommunications, materials, robotics, advanced computing, and frontier technologies.

The team runs the business as a true meritocracy with an eventual path to partnership. The Principal will participate in all aspects of the investment process, performing due diligence, developing, and interpreting financial models, constructing IC memos, keeping abreast of market dynamics, and participating in transaction sourcing.

Qualified candidates should have at least eight years of finance experience with a minimum of three years of buyside experience in a credit hedge fund, private debt fund or private equity fund. The Principal should be adept at assessing companies to determine viability. The Principal needs deep familiarity with complex deal structuring and underwriting processes across the capital structure. We are looking for someone who can communicate complex information effectively and has the intelligence, EQ, and personality to help build a positive and fun environment for investing. We seek a contrarian thinker with a high level of integrity and a desire to collaborate within a team. This is a partnership track role based on merit rather than tenure with the fund.
