How You’ll Grow: This role combines strategy, marketing and relationship management. We have a talent-first approach; as a result, we trust our team members immensely. All team members are given the room, trust, and resources necessary to sprint, learn, and grow.This autonomy leads to rapid personal growth. Within a few months, your public performance abilities, confidence, and real-time EQ will grow substantially.
1. External Brand & Outreach Strategy
• Design and execute effective marketing campaigns and outreach to potential members
• Form the flavor and spirit of new members’ first impressions of IRC
• Represent IRC at industry events (both attendance and presentations)
2. Executive Meeting Leadership
• Autonomously run meetings with (often) Fortune 500 C-Suite executives
• Design agendas, pitch points, and custom presentations
• Run pre-meeting and post-meeting follow-up calls
3. Large-Group Presentations
• Autonomously run in-person and virtual meetings with up to 20 people on the value of the IRC membership
• Run presentations, both at conferences and to individual companies
4. IRC Value Proposition Strategy
• Customize approach strategy for each member
• Respond in real time to changes in member priorities
• Design marketing campaigns including collateral, script, and pitch points

• Bachelor’s degree
• Sales experience favorable, but by no means necessary
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solving
