With an existing user community of 10k+ moms on Whatsapp & 50k+ users on the App, it has created a platform for content creators to monetize existing & new content, by helping them make their content saleable to their subscribers easily.

There is a platform for Content Creators on one side, to build and edit content, and an app(Hoggy) for users(parents & kids) on the other side as a publishing platform, where the content is consumed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product engineering and design teams to ensure alignment on roadmap and prioritization, and product delivery, sales and adoption
• Derive insights from data and use the same for product improvements and iterations
• Break down the overall product strategy and roadmap into specific components that you delegate or own yourself.
• Evaluate market opportunities and utilize research to position/reposition our products to best; and identify new opportunities and refine requirements.
• Own the product roadmap and lead Growth initiatives and drive them to successful outcomes - from building, launching, and optimizing critical user flows.

Requirements-

• Minimum 1-3 years of B2C product management experience
• Experience of scaling app to 5Mn installs would be preferred
• We're looking for an enterpreneurial spirit, who loves building mobile apps
• Experience designing and building metrics for product engagement and customer satisfaction and adept in user research, data-driven experimentation, sprints, and rapid iteration
