The Role
About GKB Hitech:
We have been the leading manufacturer of eyewear in India for over 60 years.
Currently, we are disrupting the supply chain in India by digitizing the end-to-end processes, quicker decision making by using technology, apply machine learning to improve the inventory models, artificial intelligence to improve customer experience and make super cool front-end interfaces on both mobile and web to make the eyewear supply chain a smooth-n-seamless experience.
Product that we are building is a complex mix of web applications, front-end interfaces for web, native mobile apps, analytics platform based on big data, machine learning. It is a deep aggregation platform that connects manufacturers, banking institutions, third party services and mintifi core systems.

Job Title:
Tech Lead
Responsibilities
We are looking for a Tech Lead who can drive innovation, take ownership and deliver results.
1. Architect, Design, Build and scale the client-facing part of our product.
2. Publish apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store
3. Take ownership of what you are working on, feel responsible for it and deliver results in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment without constant supervision.
4. Delivery of data visualization-heavy web applications and ensure that they are performing.
5. Building and mentoring teams of skilled react native developers
Qualifications
1. Experience in architecture and launching complex native products from concept to market release.
2. Excellent programming skills React, React Native, HTML5, Javascript, jQuery, CSS3, Bootstrap/Foundation,MEAN, Python and PHP
3. Familiarity with request/response or client/server model.
4. Solid understanding of web standards and cross-browser compatibility.
5. Knowledge of REST APIs for multi-tenancy and serialisation of JSON/XML messages.
6. Eye for good design and penchant for mobile first approach

2. 2 rounds of Functional/personal Discussion (45 min approx.)
