The Role

We are currently seeking an Account Manager as an addition to our existing Lender Relations team.

EPCVIP seeks a Client Relations Manager to monitor our clients’ accounts. Proven relationship management experience and ability to identify business opportunities in current and potential relationships are integral to this role.

Our ideal candidate has a BS in business or marketing and extensive relevant work experience in sales or account management. Ideal candidates strive for exceptional results, thrive in a team environment and are passionate about communication. *Responsibilities will include: *

Conduct daily campaign analysis to optimize performance to ensure clients’ desired KPIs
Daily client relationship management, campaign optimization, and long-term retention
Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts within your portfolio
Actively uncovering additional business development opportunities and proper follow-up to successfully on-board new clients
Collaborate with internal teams to make data-driven recommendations to address clients’ needs
Compile, analyze, and visualize data sets
Identifying opportunities for improvement, proposing new tools and processes
Willingness to travel

Required

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or closely related field (preferred)
2+ years of proven sales or account management experience
Well versed in Microsoft Excel, pivot tables and formulas
Apply knowledge, insight, and understanding of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of EPCVIP’s business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Desire to grow and expand business development skills is essential
Experience with Customer Relationship Management software a plus
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team, while prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
