The Role

About the Role:
The International Expansion Manager has a global mindset and works closely with the team to evaluate and prioritize new market opportunities for Cuemath, while weighing the legal/operational risks and benefits of each potential venture.

Responsibilities:
● Perform valid and reliable market research while translating data into summaries and analysis with conclusions that deliver on objectives and support proactive insights and recommendations.
● Analysis of future destinations for international expansion of the program including market sizing, competitive analysis, regulations, payments etc.
● Competitor monitoring
● Value-based pricing/margin analysis
● Develop roadmaps and timelines for global expansion
● Develop and unify launch plans across multiple teams, including partnerships, marketing, the product, operations, and legal

Skills Required:
● Must be able to perform at a high level when providing customer service, developing market entry strategies and assessing the organization’s ability to meet the needs of a client.
● A credible knowledge base of the Education industry and trends.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a dynamic environment.
● Strong written and verbal communication in the English Language
● Analytical mind and attention to detail.

Requirements:
● Knowledge of finance, risk analysis, market entry strategies, laws, and regulations.
● Experience: 2 - 3 years of Business to Business (Education Institutes) sales experience and who have worked on international expansion are preferable.
● Willingness to update oneself on the Math Subject taught from classes 1 to 8 across various boards/curriculums globally. Sound knowledge and understanding of the challenges students face in schools/coaching classes.
● Preferably from the Ed-tech Sales background.
