As a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) at Consultport, you will have a real impact on a growing company. Our clients range from fast-growing startups to large corporations across Europe. We help them by finding the highest qualified professionals to succeed with their digital strategy and transformation, business model development and more.
Your mission
- Take ownership for bringing in and advising new clients in the DACH Region
- Generate, qualify, and connect prospective clients with our senior
business developers - Engage with Marketing and Operations to design and execute campaigns
- Co-define and execute on sales targets together with our senior business developers
- Help to continuously improve our internal and external sales processes
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and provide regular reporting of pipeline status

Your profile
- Completed degree at a top tier university
- People person, enthusiastic about helping and serving clients, but also about closing deals
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks to fit deadlines
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation abilities
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (both written and verbal)
