Finance and Operations Associate

CFTE is looking for a Finance and Operations Associate to build up the internal Finance and Admin processes to power the growth of our activities.
You will work directly with the co-founders and the Operation team and will lead the financial structuration of CFTE's activities.

You are a problem solver. You love figures and Excel. You have an agile mindset and can jump from a Payroll dilemma to a Venture registration challenge. You are a fast learner, super organised and Fintech enthusiast.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Build up Financial Reports
• Build up Business Intelligence tools and assist the operations with financial and accounting insights
• Implement internal processes and work with the most innovative Fintech Entreprise solutions (Payroll, Taxes, Accounting...)
• Work on Private and Public funding opportunities

Key Qualities:

• Self-motivated person with previous experience in business analysis or Corporate Finance,
• Experience of, or interested in Operations and Administration, ideally in Finance relevant field
• Analytical and adaptive mind-set, comfortable to confront with ambiguous situation in an agile environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability of interacting and presenting to senior level management and cross-departmental collaboration
• An understanding and passion for the entrepreneurial community and Fintech.
• Ability to set priorities, plan, organize, delegate, and control.
