Engagement and Community Manager

CFTE is looking for an Engagement and Community Management associate to nurture our community of learners and develop our alumni network. You will be in charge of assisting our learners throughout their journey making sure they have the best experience. More, you’ll be heading our Alumni network: organizing online-offline, local and global communities and building up projects for them to continue their journey into Finance 2.0. You are a problem solver, you love networking and social event: Empathy and Care are your middle names.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Generate and enhance high levels of member well-being.
• Monitor the engagement, build up some reports and suggest actionable inputs to the Management.
• Build strong relationships with our community of learners online and offline, serving them with care and attention.
• Identify and act on opportunities to connect members and develop new projects for their Fintech journey.
• Animate our communities Online and Offline
• Organize and Manage event, from conferences to boot camps to networking events

Key Qualities:
• A charismatic individual with customer-facing experience
• An understanding and passion for the entrepreneurial community and Fintech.
• Ability to set priorities, plan, organize, delegate, and control.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
• An expert relationship builder, able to charm and interact with new people in any social setting, as well as maintain a strong personal network
• A passionate team player with excellent drive, fantastic presentation and impeccable phone manner, as well as a natural aptitude for customer service
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task.
• Interest in career development and personal development.
