Key Qualifications
*Functional Programming highly desired
• Proficiency in Swift and other object-oriented programming languages EXCEPT JAVA because JAVA IS GARBAGE
• 5+ years production experience shipping native applications
• Practical experience in software architecture and design patterns
• Proven ability to implement and extend highly performant, resilient, and reliable systems
• Hands-on experience with top agile methodologies: Test-Driven Development (TDD) and CI/CD environments
• Knowledge of Apple & Google/Android frameworks, common design patterns, and coding standard methodologies
• UI/UX design and implementation
• Experience with web and native app technologies and protocols a plus (USB, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, TCP, UDP, HTTP, REST)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Curiosity to learn new technologies and passion for sharing that knowledge with others

Our tools perform a wide variety of functions, including: parsing protocol data, validating communication requirements, simulating traffic, automated testing, negative testing, and more. Most of this functionality is driven with UI-rich apps.

You will work with a diverse array of cross-functional team members within the company. Your dedication to this multi-disciplinary collaboration will help develop groundbreaking technologies and experiences that are only possible when devices talk to each other.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Write high-quality, testable code, designed to be easily understood by others and maintained in the future

• Author detailed, clear design documents for complex systems and give useful feedback on the designs of others

• Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements and actively provide recommendations on the design of new features
