Growth Marketing Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

As a Growth Marketer at Bigblue, you'll be in charge to make sure the number of incoming leads go through the roof. Your knowledge of the best customer acquisition channels, combined with your understanding of the product and the industry will give you the vision to select and implement the best acquisition strategy to drive massive growth.

📣 CREATE AWARENESS AND VALUE

• Participate to the general content strategy (Blog, social media, emails, PR, etc.)
• Own the content creation (blog, guest posts, social medias and SEO) and manage freelance writers.
• Find new partnerships opportunities and overview existing ones.

🌍 FIND AND LEVERAGE THE BEST DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS

• Participate to the growth marketing strategy by select the most promising leads acquisition channels depending on the company strategy and past analytics.
• Own the content distribution day to day operations
• Monitor paid advertising, suggest optimisation on existing strategies and potential new ones.

📊 MASTER ANALYTICS

• Monitor ROI indicators (traffic, CTR, conversion, etc.) and create a periodic reporting.
• Participate in the implementation of tools to gain visibility on the AARRR funnel.
• Implement A/B testing strategies at various steps of the acquisition efforts.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 🙌

• Language: 🇬🇧 🇫🇷 you're fluent in spoken and written English & French;
• Experience: you have at least one previous experience in Growth or Content creation;
• Organizational skills: you are a hustling multi-tasker, able to balance attention to detail with swift execution;
• True team-player: you're strong at working in teams and empower others;
• Proactive mindset: You act without waiting for someone to tell you what to do and bring new ideas to the table;
• Persistent: you are always willing to roll up your sleeves and take on a tasks hands-on and to go the distance to complete it;
• Bullshit-less: You do what is right, not just what is politically correct;
• You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
