• Write incident response documentation and test the usability of the documents
• Meet with various technical stakeholders to collect the knowledge needed to create required internal technical documentation
• Develop, apply, maintain and continuously improve technical documentation best practices and standards
• Collabrate with subject matter experts to collate and revise content, create templates, format documents, resolve issues and verify the technical and functional accuracy of the documentation deliverables
• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
• Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides.
• Active participation in Kick-Off meets to understan requirements and create documents
Technical Skills
• Architecture knowledge
• Hands on experience on technical Runbook & SOP creation
• Knowledge and experience of Visio studio
• Excel knowledge – Formula, Vlookup, Pivot
• Good communication skills with a clear and neutral accent
• No Reservations towards Night shift
Desirable Skills
Good understanding of SDLC & DDLC
Experience with documentation libraries (e.g. SharePoint, Box)
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
