Quality Analyst

Care24 is leading in-home healthcare service provider serving 900 patients/day in Mumbai and Delhi.We offer medical care at home including nursing, attendant care, Physiotherapy through 1500+ trained medical professionals.

We are looking for a Quality Analyst:

Responsibilities

· Read and understand process guidelines and documents.

· Prepare, Conduct & Review Product knowledge tests

· Defect reporting, Defect Analysis & Tracking till closure

· Simulation (Mock calls) & Triage of issues raised by customers

· Follow testing plan/schedule & adhere to quality processes

Requirements

Proven experience as a Quality Analyst
Must have sales background
Experience in healthcare industry will be a plus.
Skills and Experience:

· Min 2 years as a Quality Analyst

· Minimum graduate in any field

· Excellent communication skills

· Must be able to increase the conversion rate

· Good analytical skills

· Proficient in excel
