Levitate Foundry is a growth marketing and e-commerce consulting agency that works with companies ranging from bootstrapped startups to billion-dollar enterprises across every e-commerce vertical.

The Role

As a member of the media team, you will be critical to our success by ensuring our media buying and account management are operating smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for someone who is passionate about data, hungry to learn and ready to own digital strategies for multiple clients. You’ll get to work in a fast-paced environment with an ambitious group of digital experts on a number of exciting e-commerce and tech startups.

The Role

  • Monitor daily client performance and campaign delivery across channels to ensure that strategies are implemented appropriately and goals are met
  • Manage Client's Paid Social Channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, TikTok, etc.
  • Analytics: Take a data-driven approach to marketing
  • Creative Analysis: Understanding what assets, copy, and CTAs perform best on which channels and using that knowledge to improve performance
  • Collaborate With Clients to Create Omnichannel Marketing Initiatives: Ensure messaging, offers, content, etc are cohesive across all channels
  • Project manage clients, advertisiing partners, and internal teams
  • Perform ad hoc research and analysis using a variety of tools
  • Report on performance and learnings weekly

Your Background

  • 1.5 - 2+ years of work experience in a media agency or start-up environment *** Must have experience running paid campaigns on Facebook/IG and/or Adwords***
  • Experience running campaigns through Twitter, Snap, TikTok, and Reddit is a plus
  • Very organized, exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Self-starter who enjoys learning, asking questions, and working in a collaborative environment
  • A strategic approach to internal marketing of new media opportunities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (i.e. basic formulas, filtering, pivot tables)
  • Strong business writing skills and experienced at giving presentations
  • Excellent time management skills among multiple tasks against hard deadlines
  • A highly analytical and data-driven mindset with a structured problem-solving approach
  • Be metrics/KPI-driven and embed a culture of data and fact-based decision making
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and functions
