We’re seeking a highly motivated, ambitious, mid-senior level Operations Manager to join our team.
As an Operations Manager you will be the ‘nuts and bolts’ of the business, involved in every area of the day-to-day business operations. You’ll lead the teams and colleagues you work with and build & maintain business processes that allow them to succeed even further within their roles.
As you will support the team and work closely with them to successfully operate the business through its growth stages, you will need excellent communication, planning and analytic thinking but know how to keep things simple and moving at speed. The ability to be agile while maintaining good levels of governance is important.
You will be fully involved in the scale and planning of the business and you’ll play a pivotal part in any new business growth, new hiring and new process implementation. Your strategic ideas are welcomed and you will have the opportunity to deliver plans that challenge tradition, that could transform the success of the business.

About the Role.
> Overall day-to-day maintenance of the operations of the business.
> Building operating structures and that can be integrated business wide.
> Contribute to the development of the company’s strategies, goals and objectives.
> Collaborating with the team to understand our ever growing customer needs and how we can better our service(s).
> Supporting hiring and onboarding the approved operational headcount plan.
> Develop and implement efficient inter-departmental workflows and establish protocols to maintain these processes.
About You
> Minimum 3 years experience in an Operations Role.
> Must be within a digital / e-commerce / tech / fashion startup with a high growth environment.
> Must be highly organised, analytical and have a great understanding of numbers.
> Personable and enjoys working closely with people, developing them and able to understand individual personalities and their needs.
> Goal focussed, working towards meeting the business objectives over the short, medium and long term.
> Ambitious and actively want to help build a successful business whilst working towards personal career development.
> Be able to immerse yourself in a startup environment, be a positive influence on our culture and be able to stay true to company values and structure.
