We are looking for an exceptional Sales Manager who can source, qualify, close, and maintain business relationships that deliver value to Zagster and its customers. This quota-carrying role is essential to Zagster’s success.
This role requires a proven track record of success in consultative business development, experience in the real estate industry, and an eagerness to work in a fast-paced start-up with significant accountability. The Sales Manager, Real Estate will be the main business point of contact for real estate companies based in the western half of the United States. You will be an expert at the full sales cycle, especially qualifying, consulting, proposing, and closing. Excellent time and pipeline management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple deals at the same time are essential for this role.

Real Estate industry experience
2+ years of proven solution sales experience with a demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline, close deals, and exceed revenue goals.
Effective presenting, communicating, and selling effectively to senior level executives, on the phone and in person.
Active listening skills and a genuine curiosity to uncover customer needs, evaluation processes, and solution potential.
Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
Experience working with Salesforce.
Willingness to travel.
