WePopp lets you plan anything with friends in a few clicks. You decide when and where to meet and confirm who's coming.
No need to send a mail or a text message. You'll end up with an awful 50 messages thread that you don't even want to read. It's not productive and it's no fun.
With WePopp, do everything in one app that is designed to plan with friends.
We found 1 unique thing. A way to make a planning collaborative without having everyone (every invitees) opening an account or even downloading the app.
So our product efficiency doesn't depend on whether your friends has the app or not.
Second thing we're working on a recommendation engine that will manage to recommend offers to a group of people instead of a unique people. This will help us increase our monetization and we expect it will decrease cancellation rate for restaurants for example.

Who we are
We met back in College, 4 years ago. And we've been working together for 2 years now.
Julien, CEO, in charge of Marketing, PR, Partnerships and Business Development.
Guillaume, CPO, in charge of Product Development.
Nicolas, CTO, in charge of Technical Development.
We've decided to work together because we have the same vision. We have very different skills and different ways of thinking. We know each other very well, and have very constructive interactions.
Why we're doing this
2 years ago we were working on a different project. It was a website designed to index all the students events from Facebook aiming to ease communication between schools.
While working on this, we noticed that there was a much bigger problem and a much bigger opportunity in helping people planning, instead of being another website where you can find plans.
The opportunity around social planning is huge, and 1 year and half working in this industry makes us experts.
Most impressive accomplishment
Managed a team of 30 people and a 300k budget to organize the biggest students festival in France. 8k students came to see 10 DJs (including Martin Solveig).
The event had been loosing money for 2 years but since 2011 (when I was organizing) it's been sold out year after year.
Managed a community kitchen/bar used by 50 people for 2 years (€36k/year of turn over).
Planned and negociated a trip for 72 persons to St Petersburg.
Managed a 10 people team at the head of a 200k€ Junior-Enterprise. I managed to double the turnover in one year and multiply by 3 the team size in one year.
Tell us why you're building this business, and why you're the right
people to do it.
We have more than 100 competitors worldwide. The majority of theses startups have less than 1 year old. They have less than a thousand active users. They all have a different way of thinking and answering the problem, we can say without showing off that we've already tested the solution that the majority of our competitors are working on. And we know it doesn't work!
