Venture Partner SE Asia - Singapore (Principal Level, Partner Track)

The role of the Venture Partner is to help our fund find suitable later stage dealflow in B2B software/tech across ONE of AI, Robotics, Software/SaaS, Cloud, Security, Wearables and AR/VR and Fintech. We are looking for the following:

1. MBA from top tier institutions in the US or Asia or BS/MS from a top Ivy League school/IIT/Tsinghua University/NUS type institution
2. Previous startup experience as Founder or Appropriate Operating role (e.g. CEO's office)
3. Connections with serial entrepreneurs for generating dealflow/Ability to Network
4. Analytical mind
5. Ability to evaluate investments and present to the Varidus investment committee. At least TWO YEARS of investment experience.
6. Emotional Intelligence.
7. Tenacity.
8. Industry experience in Travel, Transportation, Retail, Manufacturing or Fintech.
9. Ability to relate/have experience in the 6 areas of technology we hope to invest. Prior investment experience is a MUST!
10. Singaporeans and PRs preferred but we can sponsor for the right candidate.
11. Fundraising experience is a bonus
