What We're Building

"Cities are where rubber meets the road...it's where the solutions are." - Michael Bloomberg

Urban.Us created a new approach to find, fund and de-risk early stage startups that make city life better.

Cities are already 70% of greenhouse gas emissions, but urban populations are set to double by 2050, making climate change, a city problem. Today, policy, technology and business have uniquely aligned to enable a new generation of founders to re-imagine cities.

The Urban.Us Network is more than 850 people who have specific investment interest and expertise in themes such as mobility, built environment, local government and utilities. They work with us to evaluate new opportunities every 2 weeks and then works with portfolio companies as we see needs from monthly team updates.

Our portfolio includes some of the leading companies in areas ranging from drones used in construction to software used to improve law enforcement.
