LocationIQ offers mobile positioning technologies to software developers and companies world-over. We serve over 100,000 developers on our platform, receive billions of hits to our service each week and have been around for over 10 years.
We are looking for Account Managers / Customer Success Specialists to join our high-energy team and help drive growth.
Please apply only if you have prior experience in Account Management roles at a SaaS / Product company.
As a member of Customer Success, you would
- Onboard new customers to our geolocation platform
- Develop and maintain the relationships within existing customers
- Identify opportunities for customer references and case studies
- Monitor customer account activity and identify issues before they’re reported
- Use analytics to identify usage patterns and create metrics
- Identify and execute cross selling and upselling opportunities
- Work with technology team to resolve customer queries
- Identify renewal risk and collaborate with internal teams to remediate and ensure a successful renewal
- Formulate and present formal proposals
We'd like you to have
- In-depth understanding of product features.
- Excellent communication skills on email, telephonic, and personal communications.
- Experience handling multiple accounts
- Experience working in B2B/ SaaS environments is a must
- Solid experience with Excel / Google Sheets including creating pivots, and vlookups
