Product Designer

Unqork is a patent-pending, SaaS platform, streamlines financial service sales processes to improve customer experience. Today we work financial services companies to help reduce underwriting and policy issuance time while increasing sales. Our platform offers our customers a no-code, drag-and-drop product designer, an exceptional e-App experience, paper digitization services, and advanced analytics to quickly fulfill insurance orders from every channel.

Unqork follows a customer-first approach to problem solving whether it is for our carrier clients, agents, or potential insureds. The ability to assess and address critical business problems working alongside our diverse team and clients in rapid iterations sets this role apart from most.

As a product designer you will be working with other designers and developers to deliver best in class experiences to our customers.

Responsibilities:
-Establish and maintain an atomic design system across multiple aspects of the product
-Work closely with UX and developers to create best in class customer experiences
-Support designing the UI for new features
-Advocate for the user and brand, always seeking ways to improve and innovate
-Collaborate with other designers, engineers, clients, and stakeholders
-Design high fidelity comps for individual projects based on needs

Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in visual or graphic design or equivalent practical experience
-5 years of experience at a start-up or digital agency
-Exceptional skills in Sketch
-Past experience designing and launching fully responsive products and applications
-Ability to communicate conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale both verbally and visually
-A portfolio of outstanding work
