Job Brief:

We are looking for an Educator Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our educators and learners. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills. You would to create and nurture long-term relationships with them. You would resolve any issues that arise and ensure that they are satisfied with our services. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp their needs and brainstorm ways to fulfil them. If you also have a background in customer service and knowledge of our industry, we’d like to meet you.


• Build relationships and understand educators needs and develop plans to
address them through chat within the assigned TAT
• Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all related
issues quickly and effectively
• Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
• Approach potential educators and learners to establish relationships
• Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
• Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services
• Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior
management) to address their needs


• At least one year of sales and customer service experience via live
chat/email support
• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in any domain
• Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of customer relationship
management (CRM) practices
• Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
• Teamwork and leadership skills, good to have exposure to analytics &
report management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Effective reading and
writing English communication skills)
• Problem-solving attitude, analytical, listening and organizational skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
