Must be high ranking Jedi Knight Master. Don't have to be a Yoda but JarJars need not apply. Must be willing to grow and learn every day. Looking for the right balance of humility, brilliance, and arrogance. Above all... you will wear many hats in many areas so must be willing to push who they know themselves to be.

Note: Life is a journey you get to pick for yourself (it's the journey not the destination that counts). So you should know that if the journey you choose involves changing the world for the better: no matter where you are when you start you give it all you've got and don't ever stop. You don't give up and you don't give in... and certainly you don't ever care what anyone thinks.

Most of all: Whatever you do, give everything you have to a cause you care deeply about... preferably in an area you know nothing about... so much that you are not afraid to fail miserably all the time along the way... because failure is how you learn, grow, and ultimately reach the summit in triump.

Only deal-breaker: No posers... Give it your all, butt heads if you have to, just be straight up. . You tell people what they want to here and your out.
