What We're Building

Our mission is to strengthen the bond between pets and their owners by creating technology to ensure a healthier, longer and safer life together. We produce GPS devices, applications and accessories. There are two GPS devices:Tractive GPS and Tractive GPS XL.

Tractive GPS:
The Tractive GPS pet tracker enables you to locate your pet anytime, anywhere and has all the functionalities stated above.

Tractive GPS XL:
The Tractive GPS XL also has real-time location tracking, but is recommended for pets above 20 kg (40 pounds). The battery of the GPS XL tracker lasts up to 6 weeks while having the same functionalities as the first one.

What is your office environment like?
In our Tractive office we have organized different spaces for different needs. You have the working areas; the recreational areas (kitchens, terrace, garden, etc.) and the meeting rooms or individual phone rooms designed to enable our coworkers the best experiences without disturbing each other. Atmosphere wise, Tractive is seen as a great place to work in (have a look at our Kununu feedback or Glassdoor for example or our @Tractive blog will give you an insight of our everyday work life https://tractive.com/blog/en/category/tractive-en#categories). We are striving together to achieve our goals and our co-workers are encouraged to speak freely and openly. This is a close-knit group and we make everything we can to keep this bond working. We value every co-worker and are open to feedback and new ideas.

What makes Tractive a unique place to work at?
What is unique within Tractive's office is definitely the team. Highly dedicated to making this young company get to the next level, our team is composed of very different individuals that bond behind our common values. We work together to reach our common goal.
Marlene Kampelmüller
Head of Human Ressources at Tractive since 2018
How many people are you hiring in the next year?
As a fast growing company it is hard to tell how many people will be hired for the upcoming year. We are always searching for talented team players that will fit to our company culture and thrive in their work. The online open positions give an idea of the most necessary positions we are looking for but it's only the tip of the iceberg as we do not limit our recruitment to positions but are rather looking at talents and motivated people. Our strength is that we hire people, not positions.
