He will serve on the board's nominating and governance committee.

Torrence Boone is the Vice President—Global Client Partner at Google. He is responsible for driving Google’s strategy and multi-billion dollar business across a portfolio of the world’s largest global advertisers. He has developed new product initiatives and launched BrandLabs around the world.
Within six months of his arrival at Google, Torrence Boone closed three multi-billion dollar global media and tech deals: the largest in the company’s history. He and his team embrace the philosophy of 10x or moonshot thinking to focus on exponential growth or change.
