What I Do
Torrence Boone is the Vice President of Global Agency Sales and Brand Services at Google. In this role, he develops strategic partnerships with advertisers and agencies so both can enjoy breakthrough results. He has developed new product initiatives and launched BrandLab flagships around the world.
Within six months of his arrival at Google, Torrence Boone closed three multi-billion dollar global media and tech deals: the largest in the company’s history. He and his team embrace the philosophy of 10x or moonshot thinking to focus on exponential growth or change.
"If you set ambitious goals, it forces people to step outside of their comfort zone and what they think might be possible," he says.
Torrence Boone has also been recognized for his business achievements as well as his advocacy and philanthropic efforts. He has been named to the Financial Times' UPstanding Power List (2016), Savoy Magazine's Top 100 Most Influential Blacks in Corporate America (2015 & 2016), and Power 300 Most Influential Black Corporate Directors (2016).
