We're looking for someone with experience in a high-growth startup/company to help us scale across departments (Eng, Sales, Marketing, Product, Client Services, Ops). We're incredibly proud of the hardworking, brilliant, fun team we've built & are looking for a likeminded individual to help us kick our growth into overdrive.
About the Gig:
Manage full cycle recruitment from sourcing to close.
Independently work on all levels of roles across functions.
Work with our Talent team to work with hiring managers to ensure competency based approach to hiring, manage the funnel, prioritize and ultimately close reqs!
Using our ATS (Jobvite) to ensure the recruitment process is nothing but smooth operations.
Ensure job postings are up-to-date and accurate and in places they will get noticed.
Contribute to employer brand and building a culture of top talent, including attending Top Hat hosted, career fairs and community events.
You have 4-8 years experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a high-growth startup - and you LOVE recruitment.
You have a keen understanding of what top talent is, where it goes to play & how to attract it. You're a sourcing mastermind and also know how to relate to developers and salespeople alike!
You're honest. You understand that making a career move is a big deal! You treat it as such and ensure every candidate is a terrific fit for Top Hat, maintaining transparency throughout the process.
You're results-driven. You work hard, smart & fast.
You are hardworking and action-oriented. You respond quickly and efficiently to candidates and folks on the interview panel.
You are crazy organized. There are a lot of moving pieces and a lot of calendars to juggle -- you learn quickly and have experience managing multiple calendars and scheduling.
You have unparalleled communication skills. You quickly establish rapport with people and establish value.
