Todd was the angel investor, Co-founder, President & COO of the SaaS EdTech start-up GoGuardian (2018 Inc. 500 #1 Fastest-Growing Education company). He funded the company...more prior to the A-round, completed key hires, established selling, financial and operational systems, lead an A-round of financing, and helped build the company to $10M ARR in 30 months. Todd transitioned to an advisory role with GoGuardian in August 2016. The company was acquired by Sumeru Equity Partners in May 2018.
Todd is a successful entrepreneur and seasoned business executive with a wide range of experience, including manufacturing to SaaS, industrial products to education, and investment banking to operations. He has provided executive leadership, scaled B2B sales teams, and lead operations and finance, M&A and corporate development efforts. Todd has co-founded and/or scaled 6 companies, angel invested, raised venture capital, acquired several companies, lead two successful exits, including a sale to a NYSE company, and participated as an angel and co-founder in a private equity exit.
